CHENNAI: Come summer and there’s abundant scope for clothes in cotton to find buyers. This demand for the fabric makes summer an ideal time for those in the textile business to showcase their latest, in the world of cotton.
Designed by Lakshmi Nagar, the Summer Expo organised in CP Arts Centre, Mini Hall, Eldams Road, Alwarpet, has variety aplenty in case you have the cotton craving. Dealing with an extensive range of blockprinted fabric, the collection boasts of vibrant prints in bright colours.
The fabric is being sold either as fabric, sarees or kurthas, in varying sizes.
Apart from these, the expo also has a limited section of dupattas and bedsheets. A motley collection of jewellery, extending to semiprecious stones, necklaces and earrings.
The expo is on only until May 19, and has a range of comfortable cottons at affordable prices.
