Vogue Eyewear’s first ever Indian communication campaign featuring Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone was held in Mumbai city recently.

The glamorous event was hosted by none other than the diva herself. Padukone just triggered a fashion statement with a bespectacled look, and she said that she was happy that the accessory was no longer considered dowdy. “ I am glad that people are now taking to spectacles and treating it as a fashion statement. Naina spectacles seems to have caught up with youngsters,” she told City Express. “It’s a privilege being the face of Vogue Eyewear in India. The journey so far has been incredible. Vogue Eyewear is a perfect extension of my personality with its colourful and stylish models, both in optical and sunglasses. Vogue Eyewear enables me to have a complete different look depending on the situation: flirty, feminine, chic or even geeky smart like my various on screen characters,” she added.

Padukone sported the Vogue Eyewear’s latest range that brought together trends seen on the runway, highlighting the fashion appeal the brand believed in.

The range comprised glamourous, colourful, and feminine frames that have a strong personality.
