Priest held for job scam

A 35-year-old Christian priest, Ezhilarasan of Peravallur was arrested for allegedly taking several lakhs of rupees from youth by offering them jobs in the State government, including the Amma Thittam scheme, and the Central government, from his residence at Mathur on Wednesday. Three victims claimed that they had paid Ezhilarasan `3 lakh few months ago, but never got jobs, said police.
