Police made no arrests in connection with the murder of city doctor S D Subbaiah till Tuesday evening, even as two advocates suspected to be involved in the case filed anticipatory bail petitions.
Dr Subbaiah was hacked by a gang in Abhiramapuram on September 14 and died on September 23.
Despite having a CCTV recording of the brutal attack that killed Subbaiah, police seem to have made little headway in the case.
