A Mission to Keep Streets ‘Sparkling’

CHENNAI: NAC Jewellers, along with the NGO Thuvakkam, took up the initiative of cleaning the South and North Mada Streets of Mylapore, recently. The day started with a rally led by Anantha Padmanabhan, managing director, and Anandha Ramanujam, director, NAC Jewellers, emphasising on the importance of cleanliness to the neighbourhood and shopkeepers.

Over 100 people including the staff of NAC and Thuvakkam volunteers took part in this initiative. NAC has also planned to conduct the clean-up drive twice a month.
