CHENNAI: RCC Diva secured a second spot on day five of the Elite Super Sixes indoor cricket tournament presented by Bathcaff and co-sponsored by Jineshwar Capitals and Infra Venture at Netzz Cricket. It was a tough fight when the RYA Cosmo Elite team clashed with RYA Cosmo. Both their matches had the crowd roaring in appreciation as the teams put everything on the line to stay in the knockouts hunt.
In the first match, with Cosmo needing 20-odd runs from three overs, man of the match Dhawal Mohnot came up with three wickets to take his team to victory. Diva chased down their 70-run target without losing a wicket, a first of its kind in the edition. Ved Prakash Sharma bagged the player of the match award.
