CHENNAI: You don’t have to worry about your kids bawling while getting their hair cut at a salon, anymore. With Kiddy Kuts, a popular brand from the US having recently launched their first salon in the city — little ones can get comfortable in sporty race cars and pretty pink pedicure stations, while getting their tresses snipped.
“Haircuts are after all tears-to-cheers experience, and for this, the mantra is to ‘distract and entertain’ the kids so that their attention is deviated from the haircut” said Bunny Mahtani, owner of KiddyKuts. And from what we saw on the first day of the salon’s opening — the mantra works like a charm.
The salon which is open at Express Avenue Mall in Royapettah is offering plenty of exciting Christmas services over the month as well. These include hairstyling, snow manicures, nail art and hair colouring — all while waiting mommy’s can enjoy a makeover as well!
