Are You Game for an 'Art Attack'?

CHENNAI: Art lovers are in for a real treat. Apparao Galleries and The Leela Palace presents 24/7/365, an art expo from June 8 to July 30, at Leela Palace. The exhibition will feature the art work of N Ramachandran, M Siva, Farhan Mujib, Dhasan, Bhavna Sonawane and Manish Nai. The collection 24/7/365 is a group show and is a platform for art lovers to experience the artistic creativity of talented artists.

art.PNGThe exhibition is sure to provide people with an experience that will take them into the meaning behind each masterpiece. The aura of artistic excellence in the event is sure to enthrall people as all the artists are extremely famous and talented. By venturing their thoughts and feelings into the realm of reality, these artists use various techniques which will be a boon for art students and connoiseurs. This will also be a veritable chance for art lovers to get up close and personal with the masters.

The organisers are also conducting  an exhibition of sculptures and installations which is named The Sacred Space to be held from June 6 to July 25  and another event called The Horizon Line which is being held  from June 7 to July 30.  A talk on Nandalal Bose and his innovation with Alpana , the floor decorations from Bengal, by Sudhakshina Ghosh will be on June 21.
