CHENNAI: The Indo-Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry will be conducting a special Japanese language programme for people who are curious to learn the foreign language. The move was taken after recognising the fact that a large number of businessmen were travelling to Japan.
The new course will be held every Sunday and will commence from the first week of July and go on for six months.
The language school is also conducting a beginner’s programme in spoken and written Japanese during week-ends. The classes will commence from June 29 onwards. Students will be trained for Japan Foundation’s JLPT N-5.
Apart from these courses, classes for higher levels of Japanese language proficiency test will begin from the first week of July and will be conducted during weekends.
