CHENNAI: China Town will be hosting a special ‘Stirfries Sizzlers Festival’ from 18th June to 5th July 2015. The festival will be held at its restaurants on Cathedral Road and Ampa Skywalk mall.
The festival recipes are set to create the most delicious sizzlers on a Chinese cuisine menu. China Town’s seasoned chef, Chef Lai Chee Chung is the anchor of the festival with a special menu featuring delicious sizzlers and other delicacies with options for both vegetarians and meat lovers.
The festival menu features a good mix of veg and non veg dishes. The festival features a wide variety of delicious stirfried sizzlers like Tiger prawn with carrot & French Beans, Fish with Chinese cabbage ,Sliced chicken with tofu and many more scrumptious sizzlers. The festival menu also offers an irresistible choice of desserts like Caramelized sizzling pineapples, Coconut dim sum with vanilla ice cream makes a perfect end to the fest.
