'Practising Yoga Regularly Relieves one of Mental Stress'

CHENNAI: Over 30 students from the United States and Germany, and from city institutions like Stella Maris College and Madras School of Social Work, came together for Yoga for Youth, a training programme for young people, organised by the Indian Community Welfare Organisation (ICWO), an NGO, on Sunday. Practising yoga regularly relieves one of mental stress, illness and offers inner peace, said S Gomathinayagam, Additional Advocate General of Tamil Nadu, while inaugurating the session. Yoga master S Jayaprakash and M Baskaran, president, ICWO, taught yoga asanas to the students.
