CHENNAI: Four college students were arrested after two groups clashed at a bus stop on Thursday.Police said the clash took place at Kellys on Thursday evening when the 29E route bus was moving near Kellys. “Some Pachaiyappa’s students were travelling in the bus when it neared the Kellys. A group of Presidency College students were waiting in the bus stop and on seeing the students, they started pelting stones,” said a police officer.

The Pachaiyappas students got down from the bus and started exchanging blows with the Presidency College students. In the clash, glasses of the bus were shattered and the passengers alerted police. As a police team reached the spot, the students fled from the spot.
