Get Creative This Summer

CHENNAI:Spend your summer at Forum Art Gallery, acquiring new skills or simply honing your creativity as part of the camp organised at the gallery. As part of the summer camp, the gallery will be organising a workshop, in which kids will be exposed to artwork of various contemporary artists.

In the recycle craft with junk programme, which will be conducted from May 4 to 7,  kids aged five years and above will be taught to create pieces using discarded materials. Another workshop, Colourful Creations will teach children  between the age of four and 14, to appreciate art. The workshop, which will be organised between May 11 and 14, will include discussions about artistes from Van Gogh to Hokusai, Picasso and Pollock, among others.

This apart, the kids will also be trained in print making, clay modelling and collage as part of the four-day camp. For registration, call 42115596, 42115597.
