Meditate and Relieve Work Stress

CHENNAI: The Art of living, Vyakthi Vikas Kendra will be conducting a meditation programme for free medium and small enterprises to help reduce stress levels as part of the ‘May I Meditate’ initiative.

“Work and work environment have become stressful with more having to live through stressful environments in medium and small scale enterprises. As part of the ‘May I Meditate’ initiative, MSME companies can register on the website and we will send a trainer to help teach meditation to the employees in 20 minutes,” said NP Krishnan, state coordinator, Excellence at Workplace Programme,  speaking at a press meet held on Saturday. Already, over five to six MSME and corporate houses have registered for the programme, he added.
