CHENNAI: The CB-CID police on Sunday arrested a 27-year-old man from Tirupati for allegedly creating three Facebook community pages that portrayed girl children as sex objects and invited obscene comments. This was after the pages were blocked when representatives of Chennai-based NGOs Tulir and ‘Women of Worth’ sent complaints to the CB-CID on May 6 that the pages abetted child sexual abuse.
