CHENNAI: Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute, Maduravoyal, will hold its 23rd Convocation on May 23 at A C S Convention Centre in Velappanchavadi. Degree certificates will be awarded to a total of 2,675 undergraduate, postgraduate and Doctor of Philosophy students under various disclipines of Engineering and Technology, Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Physiotheraphy, Catering and Humanities. The degrees will be awarded by the chief guest, professor Dr H Devaraj, vice-chairman, University Grants Commission, New Delhi.
