CHENNAI: Yoga classes will be held at Ashvita soon. Harmony – Balance is a course of Asana, Pranayama and Dhyana where, by working gently and within the person’s capacity, the body is put through a sequence of movements and postures which provides even and balanced work for all parts of the body. Every faculty of muscle and joint is kept alive and healthy and with its practice, problems of the back, neck and joints are never allowed to surface.

This work with the body is done while maintaining the natural relationship between breath and body movement. The rediscovery of this relationship is the source of many benefits. By working in harmony with the physiological system, the system functions as it should and results in - improved metabolism, a stronger immune system, better digestion,good quality sleep, all body fitness, flexibility and higher energy levels through the day.

Course Dates:

Batch 1 - June 8-24onMonday, Wednesday, Friday. Batch 2 - June 9-25 on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Batches would be on a regular basis from June and months to follow as well.
