A Dum-less Quickie Chicken Biryani!

Mutton biryani is best when made in dum but for one to get a plateful real fast, pressure cooker is what you need. Chicken goes best and here is a fool-proof recipe

CHENNAI: A family secret, this fairly fool-proof recipe can also be made in the traditional dum-layered way. It is even more effective. Biryani tastes best when you with mutton. But since we are talking about one made in a pressure cooker, chicken is a better option. But in fact I have tried this recipe with fish. All you need is to fry the fish marinated with turmeric and salt. Then follow the method that is written here.  But yes, you have to go for the layered biryani.
