Venkatesh Narayanasamy of Chennai-based Innovative Services, was conferred with Real Hero Award in ‘Adding Smiles Ambassador Awards – 2016’ event held recently in the city. He was selected by the Advisory Board of Adding Smiles for his contribution towards social welfare activities. The winner was selected from a total of 80 applicants following rigorous evaluation on various criteria.
Venkatesh is an entrepreneur who was born in Coimbatore but now based in Chennai and runs several successful businesses and organisations. He began his first business in 1997 in Coimbatore but it was his second company — Innovative Services, which changed the life of over five lakh people. In the last 12 years, Innovative has prepared students from over 100 colleges to be more industry-ready. Venkatesh has also conducted many public workshops on leadership skills, team building, effective time management and smart marketing strategies, among others.
