The ration card is granted by the taluk supply office. If you are single person, you are not eligible for a family ration card. If eligible, you can ask a query under the RTI Act failing which can file a writ petition in the high court for suitable direction.
2 I am the third owner with a registered sale deed of a gramanatham land in the name of an educational trust which is running an aided private school. Can we get a patta for this land in the name of school or trust?

If the land is classified as natham in records and you are in enjoyment for several years without interruption you are eligible to apply for patta in the name of the educational agency.

It is an hypothetical question. The law will take its own course as there are no special immunities for the high dignitaries.
