Self help is the best thing you can do

CHENNAI: Our habits become our values and our values become our destiny”. There is hardly anyone in this world, who does not have any peculiar habits. All of us have habits good or bad, irrespective of what stature we hold in society. These habits affect, subtly or visibly, our whole behaviour, mannerism and our personality.
Many of us get emotionally disturbed when we are involved in certain situations. These emotional disturbances, big or small, makes us abnormal at times. One might also behave abnormally  because of inhibitions, fear of public opinion and lack of self-confidence. However, all these problems — social, economic or political, are due to our actions and interactions and they cannot be solved without us being normal.

Usually people either go to a psychiatrist or they bear with these problems because they think that they cannot get rid of them. But, even psychiatrists are humans and they have their emotional involvements, griefs and traumas to deal with. So, even with all their professional experience, sometimes they cannot make a person emotionally stable or mentally secure. Hence, unless the person himself/herself has a strong will to help themselves, even a psychiatrist cannot help him/her to be free from all unhealthy inhibitions, phobias, fears etc.

Over the years of research, it has been found that Rajyoga Meditation enables a person to be absolved from unwanted habits and unhealthy inhibitions, complexes and syndromes, and be free of negativities, mental burdens, worries, fears, griefs and sorrows, all by one same process. Not only that, it brings bliss and blessings in one’s life and makes his/her life worth living. It also improves a person’s health and mental faculties, enabling him/her to exercise control over his/her sense organs and to keep a check on his/her old habits. It is thus an easy practice that brings so many benefits and leads a person to live a normal life of happiness and supersensuous joy. So, help yourself to help others.
