NEW DELHI: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Friday distributed blankets to people near the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

दिल्ली के एम्स अस्पताल के बाहर हाड कॅपकंपाती सर्द हवाओं के बीच खुले में सोने को मजबूर अभावग्रस्त लोगो को कम्बल ओढ़ाए। जनसहयोग से किये ऐसे प्रयास उनकी परेशानियों का अंत तो नही करेंगे परंतु कुछ कम अवश्य करेंगे।सेवा के इस प्रयास में सहयोगी बने सभी संस्थाओं के पदाधिकारियों को साधुवाद pic.twitter.com/C8QVobvnrD

On Friday, cold wave conditions prevailed in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India Meteorological Department (IMD) stated.
