HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh police has begun scrutinizing the records seized during the searches at the Satyam's office premises and residences of

Raju brothers and Satyam's former CFO Vadlamani Srinivas.

A number of documents have been seized during the raids at the Satyam's offices and residences of former chairman of Satyam Computers B Ramalinga Raju, his brother and former MD Rama Raju and Srinivas, IG (CID) V S K Kaumudi said.

"We have seized some relevant documents including laptops, hard disks, papers and also CDs from their residences. You know the dimension of the case. We are going through all those things to get the information," he said.

He added, "We had submitted a petition seeking police custody of the three accused to further carry out the investigations. The court adjourned this matter for hearing besides their bail applications to January 16."

The joint search operation carried out by the AP CID, and officials of SEBI, Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) and Registrar of Companies began yesterday morning and continued till late evening.
