638 Spl Trains This Summer

HYDERABAD: In order to clear extra rush of passengers during summer holidays, the South Central Railway will run 638 additional trains from the twin cities to many popular destinations.

HYDERABAD: In order to clear extra rush of passengers during summer holidays, the South Central Railway will run 638 additional trains from the twin cities to many popular destinations.

From April to June, the SCR has scheduled 638 summer special trains from twin cities to various destinations including Visakhapatnam, Mancherial, Ajmer, Ferozepur, Kolhapur, Porbandar, Jaipur. It will also run special trains between Adilabad and Nanded, and Nizamabad and Visakhapatnam too.

The Hyderabad-Ajmer weekly summer special and Hyderabad-Ferozepur weekly trains will make 26 trips each while Hyderabad-Kolhapur will run four days a week. Similarly, Hyderabad-Viskhapatnam bi-weekly will make 52 trips during the period. Secunderabad-Mancherial will run six days a week while Adilabad-Nanded will run daily. Other trains include Nizamabad-Visakhapatnam weekly, Secunderabad-Porbandar weekly and Secunderabad-Jaipur weekly.

The special trains run by the other zones and passing through the SCR zone  include Howrah-Chennai weekly, Visakhapatnam-Sainagar Shirdi weekly and Santragachi-Kochuveli weekly.
