HYDERABAD: The Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations will extend support to agricultural officers, scientists and farmers in raising crop productivity during Kharif 2012.Minister for agriculture Kanna Lakshminarayana and FAO’s India head Peter Kenmore told reporters here on Monday that the productivity levels of oilseeds and pulses was abysmally low and needed tremendous boost of technology.
