HYDERABAD: The AP State Human Rights Commission (APHRC) directed P Gautam Kumar, principal secretary, Home, to personally inquire into the charges of violation of human rights by the police and report within a week.
The petitions submitted to the SHRC, complained that DCP Stephen Ravindra had targeted some people of one community during the communal clashes recently.
