Free cancer camp on World Cancer Day

HYDERABAD: Change in bowel or bladder habits, a sore that does not heal, unusual bleeding or discharge, thickening or lump in the breast, testicles, or elsewhere, indigestion or difficulty swallowing, obvious change in the size, color, shape, or thickness of a wart, mole, or mouth sore - these are the seven warning signals of cancer.

If you find any signal please contact a cancer specialist immediately. There are other symptoms that signal the disease including persistent headaches, unexplained loss of weight or appetite, chronic pain in bones or other areas of the body, persistent fatigue, nausea, or vomiting, persistent low-grade fever and either constant, intermittent or repeated instances of infection.

The Global Hospitals at Lakdi-ka-pool is conducting a free consultation and awareness camp on February 4, Saturday between 9 am and 1 pm.

A 50 per cent concession will be given for the tests prescribed by the doctor.
