Lakshmi Prasanna Manchu is making her presence felt not just in Tollywood, but also in Tamil and Hindi film industries.

The daughter of veteran actor Mohan Babu is currently juggling acting and production.

She is playing pivotal roles in Ram Gopal Varma’s Department (Hindi) and Mani Ratnam’s Kadhal (Telugu-Tamil).

Her home production Gundello Godari will also see her in a meaty character.

An action love story with the 1986 floods as its backdrop, the flick has Aadi Pinisetty, Sundeep Kishan and Taapsee in the lead roles.

It’s being shot in East and West Godavari districts.

Music maestro Ilayaraja is dishing out the tunes.

The movie is also hitting the theatres in the neighboring state as Maranthen Mannithen.

This apart, Lakshmi is producing a socio-fantasy with her actor-brother Manchu Manoj — U Kodathara Ulikki Padathara.
