HYDERABAD: Two persons who were involved in various offences under Amberpet police station limits were arrested on Tuesday. Police recovered mobile phones, three motor bikes and cash all worth Rs1.85 lakh.

Police who were conducting vehicle checking at Road No 6 in Amberpet arrested two persons who were moving under suspicious circumstances.

The arrested are Jalli Vikram who works as a security guard and resident of Pamula Basti, Bagh Amberpet and V Yadgiri, Venkat Reddy Nagar in Ramanthapur.

During interrogation, the duo confessed they were involved in three cases of vehicle lifting. A mobile phone, Rs31,000 cash and three motor bikes all worth Rs1.85 lakh were recovered, A Srinivas, Amberpet police inspector said.
