HYDERABAD: A week after the murder of Patlolla Govardhan Reddy, a few persons released a footage on Wednesday, in which they claimed they were involved in committing the murder.
In a CD circulated to several TV channels, four members- Nagesh alias Anil, Prashanth Reddy, Srinivas, Narender- said the murder was committed by them because of their disputes with Govardhan Reddy.
Anil, who accompanied Govardhan Reddy in the auto, said that Govardhan Reddy had hatched a plan to kill him because of financial disputes between them.
They gave a clean chit to Nayeem, whom police are suspecting as the prime suspect in the murder case. A former aide of faction leader Maddelacheruvu Suri, Patlolla Govardhan Reddy was murdered by unidentified assailants who slit his throat in broad daylight on December 27.
