HYDERABAD: A public interest litigation was filed before the High Court challenging the High Court's decision in selecting and recommending an 'ineligible' person to the district judge post. The case will come up for hearing before a division bench on Thursday.
The petitioner Prabhunath Vasireddy, an advocate, requested the court not to appoint Sasidhar Reddy Sura as the district and sessions judge during pendency of the petition.
