HYDERABAD: President Pratibha Patil has appointed five judges to the Andhra Pradesh High Court. Additional judges NRL Nageswara Rao, P.Durga Prasad, KG Shankar, N.Ravi Shankar and V Suri Appa Rao, in the order of seniority have been appointed judges with effect from the date they assume charge.
At present, the High Court comprises chief justice Madan B Lokur and 31 judges who include four additional judges NRL Nageswara Rao, P.Durga Prasad, KG Shankar and N Ravi Shankar who were elevated as additional judges on November 15, 2010.
