HYDERABAD: The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has extended the Layout Regulation Scheme (LRS) till June 30 for regularsation of unauthorised plots.
Individual plot owners in unapproved layouts having registered sale deeds executed on or before December 31, 2007 are eligible to apply for regularisation under LRS 2007. Applications will be accepted at HMDA’s head office at Tarnaka in the city and its zonal offices at Medchal, Shankarpally, Ghatkesar and Shamshabad.
