Chalo Jamva- Gujarati Food Festival
To get the right feel of Gujarati cuisine and delicacies with a unique blend of sweet and spicy flavors head on to Chalo Jamva - Gujarati Food Festival, which is on at Kangan, The Westin This festival will give the foodies an opportunity to taste the cuisine beginning with the Nariyal Tamatar Shorba and Khandvi -Rolled pancakes of gram flour and curd with mustard and sesame seeds. The main course includes sweet and sour flavours of Dudhi chana nu shaak, Sev tamatar, Undhiyu, Gujarati dal and kadhi and the very famous bhakri and Puran poli. Finish off with the flavor of Moong Dal nu Sheero or Chenna Malpua. The festival will be from 7 pm to 11 pm (Monday to Friday) and from 7pm to midnight on weekends.
