HYDERABAD: Two minors were arrested on Wednesday for allegedly killing their co-worker, also a minor for complaining against the duo to their employer. The accused strangled the victim, shifted the body on a two-wheeler and dumped it in a graveyard, police said. Locals found a boy's body at Dhobighat and informed Madannapet police on Wednesday morning. During investigation, police found the victim, a 13-year-boy, was working in a car workshop near Dhobighat crossroads, which is owned by Mohd Rafeeq. Police also found that two of his co-workers were involved in Asif's killing. "The accused are 14 and 16 years old and residents of Edi Bazar. They bore grudge against Asif as he was the owner’s favourite and suspected that he complained against them frequently,'' DCP Manish Kumar Sinha said.

On Tuesday, the owner left shop around 8.30 p.m while victim was in the shop. The duo strangled the boy with a clutch wire. In the night, they kept the dead body between themselves on a two-wheeler and took it to the graveyard near Dhobighat and dumped it there,'' the DCP said.

“The two accused are juveniles but not child labourers. The victim, however, is a child labourer,” Manish Kumar Sinha said.
