HYDERABAD: Two persons were murdered in separate incidents since Thursday night. Fouzia (28), a resident of Bola Nagar in Banjara Hills was murdered by her husband in the presence of their children late on Thursday night.

Fauzia was married to Feroze Khan, a carpenter.

Feroze Khan used to harass his wife suspecting her character and beat her. Yesterday night also, Feroze came home in an inebriated condition and picked up an argument with his wife. In a fit of rage, Feroze strangled his wife and later attacked her with a blade resulting in injuries all over her body.

Feroze killed his wife in front of their two children.

Later, Feroze surrendered before the Banjara Hills police station. A case was registered against Feroze under Section 302 (murder) and investigation is on.
