The state government has extended the time limit for Layout Regularisation Scheme (LRS) applications up to December 31 from September 30.
The Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department (MAUD) authorities issued necessary orders to this effect on Thursday.
The government reviewed the scheme and decided to extend the time for submission of new applications and processing of pending applications under AP Regulation of Unapproved and Illegal Layout Rules, 2007.
