The Telangana Employees Joint Ac t i on Committee (TEJAC) has called upon people of Telangana to observe the State’s Formation Day on November 1 as Black Day.

Peeved over the inordinate delay by the central government in taking a decision on Telangana and holding ministers from Telangana responsible for the delay, the TEJAC is contemplating to take up a non-cooperation agitation against them.

According to TJAC leaders, time has come to force the Telangana ministers to take a proactive role in the struggle for Telangana.
