The film Denikaina Ready landed in more trouble with the Cyberabad police registering a case against the film’s actor Vishnu, his father, M Mohan Babu, director G Nageshwar Reddy and comedian Brahmanandam following a direction by a court.
Based on a complaint by a student, Pavan Kumar, a court directed the Malkajgiri police to register a case. Kumar stated that the film depicted Brahmins in poor light.
Meanwhile, members of various Brahmin associations in the state gave a representation to president of the AP Film Chamber of Commerce Bharadwaja, demanding a ban on the film.
