Tension gripped Osmania University campus when students attacked policemen with stones prompting them to lob tear gas shells, after the protesters were prevented from taking out a motorcycle rally.The students wanted to take out a procession from the OU campus to the Gun Park as part of the bandh call given by TRS. However, police stopped them near NCC gate on the campus and also blocked the University road by setting up barricades on the stretch.
