A two day event at Lamakaan invited people who are passionate for bringing about a change. The Social Tryst on May 14 and May 15 was organized by the Hyderabad chapter of UnLtd India to provide a platform to social entrepreneurs for sharing their ideas.
The event had 11 speakers associated with different social ventures sharing their work and ideas in all of five minutes allotted to each. It was just not the views of the speakers but inputs from the audience which made the discussion come alive. “ We also provide the entrepreneurs with tools and resources required to build a sturdy organisation and catalyze long term solution for relevant issues such as poverty, health, education and climate change in our state,” said Sanaullah Fathi,
After supporting 118 entrepreneurs and creating 3200 jobs in the country, UnLtd Hyderabad began its operations in the city three months back. The nation-wide organisation has also established affiliates at Tamil Nadu recently. Raj Janaam, Founder of UnLtd Hyderabad, the local chapter aims to accelerate the work of over 100 entrepreneurs over the next five years. The organisation is also open to people on every Friday and share their perspective that can drive a social change.
