The Mangalhat police on Wednesday took into custody corporator Raja Singh at the Gosala and shifted him to Banjara Hills police station.
According to police, Raja Singh came to the Gosala to conduct pooja to cattle in protest against cattle slaughter. Tension griped the area when police came to the spot and took Raju Singh into custody.
