4 IAS Officers Transferred

In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle the state government has transferred four IAS officers.

In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle the state government has transferred four IAS officers. P Usha Rani has been posted as vice-chairman of VGTM Urban Development Authority in place of M Rama Rao. Rama Rao was asked to report to the government for further posting. Orders to this effect were issued on Friday. Earlier, Usha Rani was posted as joint collector of Srikakulam. However, the government cancelled her posting and now issued fresh posting orders as vice-chairman of VGTM UDA. Meanwhile, Dr A Ashok, commissioner of labour has been transferred and posted as additional chief electoral officer and ex-officio secretary to the government, GA (Election) Department. A Sri Devasena, (SCS Officer), special grade deputy collector has been posted as deputy chief electoral officer and ex-officio deputy secretary to the govt, GA department.
