Even after five days of a 29-year-old techie going missing under suspicious circumstances in Madhapur, police has made no progress in the case.

The Cyberabad Police said here on Wednesday that they have formed separate teams and have taken up investigation of the case.

According to police, the techie--Manas Rajan Swain (29)--an Infosys employee, came to the city from Bhubaneswar on a project, and went missing from Madhapur. The techie’s wife, Monalisa Jena, lodged a complaint with Raidurgam police on January 18.

Rajan and Monalisa came to the city a few days ago and stayed in a hostel at Madhapur.

When Ranjan did not return to the hostel,  Monalisa tried to call on his mobile phone, which was switched off. Later, she approached the Raidurgam police. Based on the complaint, police registered a missing case.
