One More Body Retrieved

The body of Mahen Sai Raj, one of the engineering student who was swept away in Beas river, was retrieved on Friday 10 km away from the Larji Dam in Himachal Pradesh.

HYDERABAD: The body of Mahen Sai Raj, one of the engineering student who was swept away in Beas river, was retrieved on Friday 10 km away from the Larji Dam in Himachal Pradesh.

The bodies of those students retrieved on Thursday were being sent to Hyderabad, according to transport minister Mahender Reddy, who was camping in Himachal Pradesh.

So far 13 bodies have been retrieved and 11 more are yet to be traced, the minister said in a reelase. Six search teams, 160 people, were deployed in six locations to trace the missing bodies.
