HYDERABAD: Keeping the real estate sector in mind after the announcement of Telangana, IndiaProperty.com is set to organise 40th edition of its flagship property show, Gruhapravesham in the city.
Scheduled to be held on June 28 and 29, the event will be held at the Hitex exhibition center and will showcase around 200 new projects from 60 builders in the city. This will be the first property expo to be held in the city post the announcement of Telangana which hopes to open up new investment avenues for buyers and developers alike. The footfall for the show is expected to reach the 30,000 mark and aims to garner spot bookings. The event will showcase apartments and villas from developing localities like Miyapur, Gachibowli and Madhapur.
