Towards Eradicating Child Labour

HYDERABAD: A short film ‘Be Humane’ by Vijay Das Films about child labour and propagating child education was launched by activist Asmita Satyarthi, daughter of Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi at Prasads Labs on Friday.

“Child Labour is a major issue in India. We should look to save children, allow them to enjoy their childhood. If Be Humane can help rescue free children from child labour and send them to school, the objective of the film will be met,” said Vijay Das, director of the film.

Produced by Prabhakar Patnaik, “Be Humane” seeks to highlight the message of eradicating child labour and encouraging child education.

The film launch saw Balaraju, MLA of Achampet, music composer RP Patnaik and others in attendance. The cast of the film includes Krushna Ch Mishra, Ch. Srrutilaya.
