Nita Ambani, Juhi Chawla Tour Annapurna Studios

HYDERABAD: A group of corporate women bigwigs such as Nita Ambani, Swati Piramal, Nawaz Singhania, Ananya Goenka, Leena Tiwari, Radhika Sheth, Anupa Sahney along with actress Juhi Chawla visited Annapurna Studios here.

On Saturday, actor Akkineni Nagarjuna gave the distinguished guests a tour around the studio. “The guests took tour of the Studios where a number of major productions are currently in progress. They also visited the preview theater, edit suites, sound recording unit and the Annapurna International Film School for Film Media,” the release said.

After a good two hours of tour, the guests were heard saying, it’s been brilliant to see such world class studios right here in India. The guests also got an opportunity to watch the Akkineni family’s recent Telugu blockbuster “Manam”, which features late legendary actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao in an important role.

Nita along with a few women entrepreneurs was in the city to extend help to relief works, for which she even donated Rs 11 crore, in cyclone-hit Andhra Pradesh.
