HYDERABAD: Meet the new age Indian parents
The makers of ‘What’s Up with Indian Men?’, ‘Love,Sex & Mocha’ have come up with their newest comedy on Indian parents titled ‘What’s Up with Indian Parents?’ which will be staged at 8 pm today. It is a satire on the influence of Indian parents on the different stages of a man’s life. The play takes a comical view at the modern confused Indian parent. It tells the story of Vikram and Siddhart and the challenges they face with their overprotective, over-emotional,over-feeding, excessively intrusive, superbly weird, totally embarrassing, wannabe cool, Facebook-stalking Indian parents.

Exhibition dedicated to Nirbhaya
In a tribute to the braveheart, 16 poems written by a well known scientist, six to 10 paintings by an artist and a speechless dance performance by an award winning dancer of the city is set to take place in a day-long exhibition and poetry event on September 5, at 10:30 am and 5 pm. The theme of the exhibition is ‘Wo desh Ki beti’dedicated to Nirbhaya. The event will depict the pain and emotions of the country when its daughters are gang raped by anti social elements and criminal minds.
The events will take place at Lamakaan.
