National Training Academy for RPF in Sec'bad

HYDERABAD: Railway minister DV Sadananda Gowda has announced the setting up of a  National Academy for Railway Security, astate-of-the-art training centre for RPF personnel, at Maula-Ali in Secunderabad. Addressing the gathering after reviewing the Passing out Parade of 53rd batch of sub-inspectors of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) at Railway Protection Force Training Centre here on Friday, he also announced that a Fire Arms Training Simulator will be provided for each training centre of RPF. He said that it was necessary to expand the provision of Integrated Surveillance System to all major stations and also utilise modern technology to strengthen security in Railways.
